FAQ
1. "What's your return policy?" - We hope you love everything you order from 234. Each piece is carefully chosen to reflect our blend of elevated, timeless style-- but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label. A flat $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Store credit is issued as a digital gift card within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items:
- Sale or discounted pieces
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.)
- Bodysuits or undergarments
As a small, family-owned boutique, we do not offer refunds at this time. Store credit allows us to continue offering beautifully curated pieces and intentional service to each customer.
2. "The item I received came damaged. Now what?" - We carefully inspect each piece before it ships, but things happen! If something arrives damaged, we're so sorry and will make it right.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@234boutique.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
- A photo of the item's tag (if still attached)
Once reviewed, we'll offer a replacement if available. If not, you'll receive store credit or a full refund -- your choice.
Please note: We cannot guarantee a resolution if damage is reported after 3 days of delivery.
3. "When will you open in person and where?" - Our brick and mortar storefront will be located in downtown Birmingham at Mercantile on Morris Ave. We will open there in late October of 2025! Follow us on social media @shop234boutique, and be on the lookout for an official opening announcement around Halloween! 👻
4. "Are you hiring?" - Not yet!! Keep your eyes peeled! As the need presents itself, we'll post on our IG/TikTok!
